Lenten Meditations presented in E'town

ELIZABETHTOWN — Lenten Musical Meditations will be presented at the United Church of Christ, Elizabethtown, on April 4 through 6 from 12:15 to 12:30 p.m.
April 4 will feature Susan Forney Hughes, soprano with Mary Lu Kirsty, organist. April 5 will feature Alice Kyle, oboe, with Mary Lu Kirsty. April 6, Lenten hymns and chorales will be presented by Mary Lu Kirsty. All are welcome, the musical meditations are free, donations accepted.

Mooers church offers 'Peter Pan' screening

MOOERS — Mooers Methodist church will show the original "Peter Pan" on a large screen at 1 p.m. Saturday, free for anyone interested.

Bishop to officiate at Palm Sunday services

PLATTSBURGH — The Rev. William H. Love, bishop of the Diocese of Albany, will visit Trinity Episcopal Church to officiate at all three Palm Sunday weekend services: 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday at 8 and 10 a.m.
A procession of the palms will begin at 9:45 a.m. on Palm Sunday and a brunch reception, following the 10 a.m. service, will be held in honor of the visitation of Bishop Love.
The public is invited to attend.
