PLATTSBURGH — Kevin and Annette Hidook of Plattsburgh and Kevin and Sheri Kennedy of Jay announce the engagement of their daughter, Jacqueline Kennedy, to Sean Howie, son of Stan and Karen Howie of Delmar.
Jacqueline Kennedy is a teacher's aide and Sean Howie is employed at Best Buy.
