TUPPER LAKE — A Tupper Lake man was arrested on felony harassment charges Monday.
According to Tupper Lake Village Police, Joel C. Locke, 34, was arrested for harassment in the second degree stemming from an incident in which he allegedly grabbed and pushed another person during a domestic dispute.
Locke was arraigned in Village Court and released on his own recognizance with an order to reappear in court May 2. He is also required to stay away from the victim, who has an order of protection against him.
