BURKE — Two months after allegedly stealing a tire off a motorcycle, Lorenzo Compton was charged with burglary.
Compton, 21, of Burke, had been described by neighbors of a woman who reported her motorcycle's tire stolen while it was in a garage.
The Feb. 9 allegation led to Compton's arrest by Malone-based State Police Saturday. Compton was charged with third-degree felony burglary in the Town of Burke Court.
He was sent to Franklin County Jail on $2,500 bail and will return to court April 25.
