MYRTLE BEACH, S.C. — Anna Besson delivered the game-winning hit and Casondra Collins pitched a one-hitter Thursday to lead Ticonderoga to a 3-1 win over Canandaigua in the Grand Strand Softball Tournament.Collins struck out four, walked three and allowed only a second-inning single to losing pitcher Margaret Scott.Besson broke a 1-all tie with a two-run double in the bottom of the fourth inning.
