TUPPER LAKE — Tupper Lake Police have charged a teenage man with four felony counts in connection with a series of burglaries that have taken place in the village over the last several months.
Christopher J. Beaudette, 19, of Tupper Lake, was arrested Friday on three counts of third-degree burglary, one count of grand larceny and two misdemeanor counts.
The department expects to make more arrests in the following week, Chief Thomas Fee said in a press release Saturday.
The arrest is in connection with an ongoing investigation of burglaries at Larkin's Enterprises, Tupper Lake Moose Lodge and Adirondack Machines, which have occurred since late December. Fee said his department is still looking for additional information regarding last week's Boulevard Wine and Spirits burglary.
Beaudette was arraigned and sent to Franklin County Jail on bail of $10,000 cash or $20,000 bond. He remained there Saturday evening.
