79, of Twin Circle in Plattsburgh, died Monday, July 24, 2000, at Fletcher Allen Health Care in Burlington, Vt.
He was born in Patterson, N.J., on Jan. 5, 1921, the son of Frank and Agnes (Hall) Reinhart.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, July 28, 2000, at 4 p.m. at St. Peter
