Bradenton, Fla. — Wyatt W. Hazen, 69, of Bradenton, Fla., and formerly of Chazy, died Jan. 18, 2001, at his home.
He was born in Boston, Mass., on Nov. 13, 1931, the son of the late Wyatt Hazen Sr. and Elinor Pombrio.
Wyatt was a retired car hauler with Anchor Motor Freight and moved to Florida from Chazy last November. He was a member of the Chazy United Presbyterian Church, the Teamsters Local 647, a member of the American Legion Post 0769 and had served in the National Guard. He was also an avid gardener and camper.
He is survived by his wife Lorna of Bradenton, Fla.; three daughters, Sheri and Steve Friedrich of Sarasota, Fla., Kim Hazen and David Walsh of Watertown, Mass., and Lisa Hazen of Newton Highland, Mass.; one brother, Ronald and Viola Hazen of Chazy; and two grandchildren, Kain and Kylie O
