Chazy — Wyatt W. Hazen, 69, of Chazy and Bradenton, Fla., passed away on Jan. 18, 2001, at his home in Brandenton and was cremated.
He was born in Boston, Mass., on Nov. 13, 1931, the son of Elinor (Collins) and Wyatt Hazen.
Wyatt was a retired car hauler and had worked for Anchor Motor Freight for 23 years. He was a member of Teamsters Local Union 648. He served in the Vermont National Guard and was a member of American Legion Post 769. He attended the Chazy Presbyterian Church. Wyatt loved gardening and working with the land.
He is survived by his wife Lorna (Martin) of 44 years; three loving daughters, Sheri and Steve Friedrich of Sarasota, Fla., Kim Hazen and David Walsh of Watertown, Mass., and Lisa Hazen of Newton Highland, Mass.; one brother, Ronald Hazen and wife Viola of Chazy; his beloved grandchildren, Kain and Kylie O
