EAST BEEKMANTOWN — Alice W. Palmer, 81, of the Ashley Road, died Monday, Dec. 3, 2001, at her home.
Mrs. Palmer was born in Chazy, N.Y., on March 12, 1920, the daughter of William and Julia (Boulerice) West.
She married Lynn G. Palmer on June 4, 1951, at St. John
