Honolulu, Hawaii — Abdul Shakoor Khan, 49, of Honolulu, Hawaii, died Monday, Nov. 25, 2002.
He was born in Kurachi, Pakistan, on June 15, 1953.
He came to this country in November 1989 and became a U.S. citizen, of which he was very proud.
He met the love of his life, Mary M. Nunn, in 1987 in Europe. They were married on Dec. 29, 1989.
He was known by his friends and relatives as a wonderful, devoted husband, father and friend.
He is survived by five sons, Arbab, Azam, United, Sumundar V. and Abdul Jr.; three daughters, Amber, Laxmi (Mali) and Hawaii; five brothers-in-law, James Nunn of Reno, Nev., Thomas Nunn of Boston, Mass., Paul Nunn of Morrisonville, Perry Nunn of Burlington, Vt., and Ted Nunn of San Diego, Calif.; one sister-in-law, Susan Lustenader of West Chazy; and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by a son, Sumundar O. Khan.
Funeral arrangements are incomplete at this time.

Helen M. (Peterson) Lethbridge
Ticonderoga — Helen M. (Peterson) Lethbridge, 78, of Grace Avenue, passed away Monday, Nov. 25, 2002, at the Fletcher Allen Health Care Center of Burlington, VT.
She was born in Dresden, Oct. 23, 1924, the daughter of the late Nelson and Ellen P. (Lillie) Peterson.
Mrs. Lethbridge was a resident of Ticonderoga for most of her life. She was a wonderful cook and baker and especially enjoyed cooking for her family and many friends.
Her husband, Leo C. Lethbridge predeceased her in 1977.
Survivors include two sons, Nelson (Chip) Lethbridge and his wife, Nancy of Ticonderoga and James L. Lethbridge and his wife, Geraldine of Rockville Center, Long Island; two brothers, Robert Peterson and his wife, Leslie of Putnam Station and John Peterson and his wife, Anne of Ticonderoga; one sister, Pearl Chadwick and her husband, Glen of Putnam Station; five grandchildren, Sara Lethbridge, Mickey Lethbridge, Christian Lethbridge, Caroline Lethbridge, and Gregory Lethbridge; and many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends may call Friday from 3 to 7 p.m. at the Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home, 11 Algonkin St., Ticonderoga. A funeral service will follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home. The Rev. Mr. Elliott A. Shaw of St. Mary's Catholic Church of Ticonderoga, will officiate.
Interment will be private at the family plot of the Clemons Cemetery.
