PLATTSBURGH — Alice M. Robare, 94, formerly of the Parker Road in West Chazy died Tuesday morning, Dec. 10, 2002, at the Meadowbrook Nursing Home.
Mrs. Robare was born in Morrisonville on March 14, 1908, the daughter of Philip and Julia (Rabideau) Terrier.
She married Herbert Robare at St. Alexander's Church in Morrisonville on July 11, 1929, he died in 1976.
She was a member of St. Joseph's Church in West Chazy.
Survivors include one nephew, James Leggett of Rouses Point; two nieces, Sandra Titus and her husband, Richard of Plattsburgh and Betty Leggett of Mooers; one grandnephew, Jeremy Robare of Modesto, Calif.; and several cousins.
One niece, Elinor Robare died in 2002.
Calling hours will be held Wednesday from 2 to 4 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. at the R.W. Walker Funeral Home.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held Thursday at 1 p.m. at St. Joseph's Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph's Cemetery in the spring.
Donations in her memory, may be made to Hospice of the North Country.
