On Feb. 3, 2003, at 9:30 a.m. a graveside service was held at the Phoenix National Cemetery, Phoenix Ariz., followed by a noontime memorial service at the Chandler Ariz., Cornerstone Christian Fellowship Church. Wilcox & Regan Funeral Home were in charge of the services.
