HARWICHPORT — William R. Mosher, 81, of 187 Gilbert Lane, formerly of Upsala Street and Stevens Road in Worcester, Mass., died Saturday, June 8, in Cape Cod Hospital, Hyannis, Mass., of heart disease. He leaves two sisters, Eleanor M., the wife of Leonard Martinsen of Rouses Point, and Clair R. Mosher of Worcester; and a niece, Linda Martinsen of Middletown, R.I.
