Willsboro, N.Y. — Andrea J. D'Angelo, 59, of Station Road, Willsboro, N.Y., died Friday, Oct. 10, 2003, at CVPH Medical Center.
She was born March 10, 1944, the daughter of Joseph and Marguerite (Goodfellow) Rywelski.
Andrea was the proprietor of the North End Tavern in Willsboro for 25 years. She was an avid bowler and sponsored a variety of town sports teams. Many years ago, she was instrumental in starting the Willsboro Junior Bowling League, which is still going strong.
She is survived by her husband, Anthony R. D'Angelo of Willsboro; two sons and three daughters and their spouses, Anthony J. and Janine D'Angelo of Greenfield Center, N.Y., Maria and Dale Evens of Willsboro, Irene (Bunny) D'Angelo of Willsboro, Christopher and Laura D'Angelo of LaGrangeville, N.Y., and Laura and Charles Mitchell of Peru; two brothers and one sister and their spouses, Joseph and Regina Rywelski of Wading River, N.Y., Irene and Richard Berard of Orlando, Fla., and John and Doreen Rywelski of Massapequa, N.Y.; nine grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and close friends and relatives.
Andrea was predeceased by her parents; and one sister, Patricia Sweda.
Calling hours will be held Sunday, Oct. 12, 2003 from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Huestis Funeral Home in Willsboro, N.Y. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, 2003, at St. Philip's of Jesus Church, Main Street, Willsboro. Burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations in her memory may be made to the Willsboro Rescue Squad.
