Chateaugay — Zachary David Leonard, infant son of David and Tanya (Bolster) Leonard, was born Wednesday, Oct. 8, 2003, at CVPH Medical Center, Plattsburgh and died Thursday, Oct. 9, 2003, at Fletcher-Allen Health Care, Burlington, Vt.
Zachary is survived by his parents of Chateaugay; maternal grandparents Richard and Marina Bolster of Malone; aunts and uncles, Christine and Scott Davis of Bombay, Bruce and Donna Leonard of Saranac Lake and Barry and Shae Leonard of Malone; and several cousins.
He was predeceased by his paternal grandparents, Chalmer Chum and Anna (King) Leonard.
A graveside service will be held Saturday, Oct. 11th, at 10 a.m. in St. Patrick's Cemetery, Chateaugay, with Rev. Raymond J. Moreau officiating.
