Westport — William W. Frost, 86, of Main Street, Westport, died Saturday, Oct. 31, 2003, at his home.
He was born in Springfield, Mass., Oct. 24, 1917, the son of George J. and Mildred (Warren) Frost.
Mr. Frost was employed as a superintendent for Chapman Valve in Indian Orchard, Mass., for 40 years.
He was a 54 year member of the Newton Masonic Lodge in Massachusetts. He attended Camp Dudley in 1929.
He enjoyed painting, gardening and antique collecting.
Survivors include his wife, Yvonne (Flagg) Frost of Wilbraham, Mass.; one son, Dr. William Frost Jr. of Pittsburgh, Pa.; one daughter, Yvonne L. Frost of Ludlow, Mass.; one sister, Dorothy Buxton of Beverly, Mass.; five grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be held Tuesday from 2 to 3 and 7 to 8 p.m. at the Hamilton Funeral Home in Westport. Burial will be held at a later date in the Black River Cemetery in Westport.
