PLATTSBURGH — William E. Fitzgerald, 90, of Cornelia Street, Plattsburgh, died Sunday, April 11, 2004, at the CVPH Medical Center.
He was born in Altona, N.Y., on Oct. 14, 1913, the son of Emmett and Bertha (Hull) Fitzgerald.
William married the former Dorothy Parker in 1934 at St. John
