Ticonderoga — William Bill Treadway, 83, of Chilson, passed away on Thursday, May 6, 2004, at the Moses-Ludington Nursing Home of Ticonderoga.
He was born in Ticonderoga on Aug. 4, 1920, the son of the late Willard and Clara (Stowell) Treadway.
Bill was a lifelong resident of Chilson. He formerly operated Frank Stowell
