86, of Bartlett, Tenn., died Oct. 4, 2004, at Methodist Germantown Hospital.
Services were held on Thursday at the Memphis Funeral Home, Germantown Parkway Chapel, in Tennessee. Burial will be in Memory Hill Gardens.
