70, of 433 Stowersville Road died Wednesday Nov. 23, 2005 at the Horace Nye Home in Elizabethtown.
He was born in Elizabethtown Nov. 4, 1935, the son of Charles and Lottie Whittemore Hathaway.
Private funeral services will be held at the convenience of the family.
