Plattsburgh — Angeline Marie Miller, 50, formerly of Plattsburgh and most recently of Royal Air Force (RAF) Lakenheath, England, passed away Sunday, May 15, 2005, at the West Suffolk Hospital in England. She was born in South Ruislip, England, daughter of Hazen Wayne and Anna (Armstrong) Moore. Angeline was a graduate of SUNY Plattsburgh. She was an elementary school teacher for the Department of Defense Dependent Schools at RAF Lakenheath, England. Angeline was predeceased by her parents, Hazen and Anna Moore; and her brother, John Moore.
Angeline was fun loving, enjoyed a good laugh and was filled with an unquenchable wanderlust. Her endless optimism, adventurous spirit, love of friends, music, antiquing, traveling and story telling will always be remembered by her numerous friends worldwide. She loved family gatherings. You could usually find Angie in the center of all the activity, laughing, singing or telling a joke. No one escaped her contagious enthusiasm for fun. She was never happier then when surrounded by her family, friends, students and babies. Angie firmly believed life was for living and she lived each day to the fullest encouraging all who knew her to be spontaneous and adventurous. Her charm, wit and warm heart were endearing to all who met her. Angie will be greatly missed and remembered fondly for her kindness, concern, love of sharing time with others and her never-ending enthusiasm for life.
She is survived by her husband, retired Master Sergeant David Joseph Miller, formerly of Plattsburgh and also most recently of RAF Lakenheath; her children, Nicole of Clifton Park, N.Y., Kyle, Matthew and Julie, all of RAF Lakenheath, England; a sister, Marjorie Ruiz and her husband Bobby of Pflugerville, Texas; brothers Gerald Moore and his wife Sheryl of Plattsburgh, Kevin Moore and his wife Anna of Austin, Texas, Sean Moore and his wife Judi of Chazy, N.Y., and Patrick Moore of Ausable Chasm, N.Y. She is also survived by her mother and father-in-law, Don and Sandy Miller of Plattsburgh, N.Y.; and a sister-in-law, Karen Forbes.
Calling hours will be Tuesday, May 24, from 4 to 7 p.m. at Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated Wednesday, May 25, at 10 a.m. at St. John
