PLATTSBURGH — Agnes McComb, 98, of Champlain Drive, Plattsburgh, passed away Monday, May 2, 2005, at CVPH Medical Center in Plattsburgh.
She was born in Hamilton, Scotland, on June 14, 1906, the daughter of Patrick Lyons and Brigid (Gorman) Lyons.
Agnes married Henry McComb in 1933. Henry passed away in 1963.
She was a member of St. John's Church in Plattsburgh.
Agnes is survived by one son, Henry McComb of Plattsburgh; one daughter, Agnes Pearl of Plattsburgh; six grandchildren, Sharon, Henry, Carol, Elizabeth, Thomas and Richard. She is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren.
A memorial Mass will be celebrated on Friday, May 6, 2005, at 10 a.m. from St. John's Church in Plattsburgh. A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 7, 2005, at 10:30 a.m. at St. Charles Cemetery, Pinelawn, Long Island.
Donations in her memory may be made to St. John's Church in Plattsburgh.
Arrangements are with the Brown Funeral Home in Plattsburgh.
