ALBERT "BUD" M. CLAREMONT, 77, of 96 County Route 60, Gabriels, N.Y., died Tuesday, May 29, 2007, at the Mercy Health Care Center in Tupper Lake where he had been a resident since 1999.
He was born in Paul Smiths, N.Y., on May 7, 1930, the son of Albert and Mary (Titus) Claremont.
Calling hours will take place at the Fortune-Keough Funeral Home on Friday from 11 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. A veteran's service will take place on Friday afternoon at 1:45 p.m., immediately followed by a fireman's prayer service. A Mass of Christian burial will take place at 2:30 p.m. on Friday at Church of the Assumption in Gabriels, with the Rev. Thomas Kornmeyer officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. View Cemetery in Gabriels.
