  • With two assists in Plattsburgh’s 4-1 win over Potsdam Friday, Jared Docking extended his points streak to six games. He has earned two helpers in each of his last three games. The senior forward also moved into a tie for first on the team’s scoring list with 20 points, which ties his career high.
  • After failing to put together back-to-back wins for almost two months, the Cardinals have now won four straight. They haven’t lost since Jan. 5.
  • Sophomore forward Alex Jensen was back from an injury Friday and recorded an assist. Mark Constantine, injured Jan. 12 in the same game as Jensen, was still out.

Plattsburgh coach Bob Emery on calling a second-period timeout: “We had a 3-0 lead, and I wanted to take a 3-0 lead into the locker room. More about an ounce of prevention is better than a pound of cure.”

Dillan Fox on wearing special camouflage jerseys:  “It was definitely fun. The boys were pretty excited to put them on today. So it was fun, a good look. I’m sure the fans liked it too.”

Fox on the jersey auction:  “Hopefully somebody picks mine up for a good price. I don’t want them just giving it away to anybody. It was definitely for a good cause, and hopefully we’ll see a lot of fans wearing them at the next home games or whatnot.”
